By using PGCircle (the "Service") you agree to these terms.
PGCircle is a marketplace and management platform connecting students with PG (paying-guest) accommodation owners in Hyderabad. The actual rental contract is strictly between the student and the PG owner; PGCircle is not a party to it.
A "Verified" badge means our team has manually reviewed the documents you uploaded. It does not constitute official government verification until our authorized-provider integration is live.
We do not maintain a "blacklist." Trust scores reflect payment reliability, verification status, owner feedback, and stay history. A lower score does not bar you from booking.
Rent, deposits, and any disputes thereof are governed by your contract with the PG owner. PGCircle facilitates record-keeping but is not a financial intermediary in the current phase.
You agree to provide accurate information, not to misuse the platform, and not to upload unlawful or fraudulent content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
